Situated on a beautiful campus in suburban Towson, Maryland, Greater Baltimore Medical Center (GBMC) is dedicated to its mission of Health, Healing and Hope. GBMC’s Sandra and Malcolm Berman Cancer Institute is one of the busiest community hospital cancer programs in Maryland. Fully accredited by the American College of Surgeon’s Commission on Cancer, the Berman Cancer Institute provides multidisciplinary, integrated care and features a comprehensive array of services, from infusion and radiation therapy to oncology support and survivorship programs.
GBMC is also a leader in women’s health services, providing care to women in all stages of life. Nearly 4,700 babies are delivered annually and GBMC is consistently ranked by Maryland Family Magazine as “Best Maternity Hospital.” Diagnosis and treatment of female pelvic floor conditions by fellowship-trained urogynecologists and a premier staff of gynecologists who specialize in gynecologic cancers and minimally invasive surgical procedures using the latest technology are some of the many services that set GBMC apart in women’s health.
